Mark Kayal is a Senior Controller on the Finance team. Prior to joining MSD in 2011, he worked as a Senior Auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking and Capital Markets Practice.

Mark earned a B.S. in Accounting and Philosophy from the University of Scranton. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
