Wayne Sparks (MBA) is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in clinical operations and information technology within the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as the Head of Clinical Operations for MSD Australia and New Zealand. Over a career spanning several roles at MSD, Wayne has driven innovations in technology and customer-centric strategies across various business functions including marketing, research and development, and commercial operations. In addition to leadership positions in clinical operations and IT, Wayne's background includes consultancy roles, development management, and technical training.
