Jim Aulbach is currently serving as Vice President and Manager of Workplace Technologies Operational Engineering in the Americas at MSCI Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP from February 2012 to September 2019 as Supervisor of Desktop Support and A/V Services, managing teams that supported approximately 1,200 users in New York offices. Additionally, Jim held several vice president positions at JPMorganChase from April 1993 to December 2011, where responsibilities included leading the IMA Desktop Engineering team for 4,000 systems, overseeing technology service delivery for 8 sites in Midtown Manhattan, and implementing various technology products for a new facility. Jim holds an educational background from Long Island University.
