Theresa Steighner, PMP, currently serves as the Sr Manager of Product Information at MSC Industrial Supply Co. since November 2017 and previously held positions at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from April 2008 to November 2017, including Manager of IT Operational Excellence and Manager of IT PPM Governance, overseeing the governance process of a $200M portfolio. In earlier roles, Theresa was involved in quality services as a Project Manager, enhancing processes and metrics within the IT Quality Services Department, and served as a Sr IT Process Consultant at Ingersoll Rand. Theresa holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University, earned from 1985 to 1989.
