Eng. Paul Mihambo is a seasoned professional in the field of chemical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Chemist in Quality Assurance and Quality Control at MSALABS since September 2022. In this role, Paul oversees the operations of the materials testing laboratory and manages a small team to ensure compliance with regulations and successful project completion. Previously, Paul was the Site Manager for TIMCO at Lafarge Tanzania, where management of mining operations was prioritized to achieve safety, production, and cost efficiency. Paul also gained extensive experience at SGS, first as a Senior Production Chemist at the Mwanza Geochemical Laboratory and later at Barrick (Buzwagi), where responsibilities included coordinating laboratory operations and supporting management. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Atlantic International University and studies at St. Augustine University of Tanzania.
