Joseph Santovasco, CFE, is an experienced investigative analyst currently employed at MSA Security since May 2016, previously serving as a special investigator at the Human Resources Administration's Bureau of Fraud Investigation from August 2007 to May 2016. In that role, Joseph investigated fraud in social benefit programs, gathering evidence through various investigative techniques and collaborating with law enforcement on joint investigations. Joseph is skilled in conducting interviews, negotiating settlement agreements, and preparing comprehensive reports detailing investigation findings. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY), earned between 2003 and 2007.
