Ken Arnot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ken currently works at MSA National as a Discharge Lead in Communications. Prior to this role, they held positions as a Discharge Officer and Team Support Officer at the same company. In 2017, they worked as a Violinist at Central Coast Conservatorium Inc. Ken also worked as a Data Entry Officer at Howards Storage World from 2021 to 2022. From 2019 to 2022, Ken worked as a Waiter at O Bar and Dining. Ken also has experience as a Team Leader at Hungry Jack's Australia Pty Ltd from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they worked as an Independent Contractor at Sydney Sports Promotions for a short period in 2019 and as a Trainee at Aida Sales & Marketing Pty Ltd in 2017.

Ken Arnot attended the University of Technology Sydney from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Music and Sound Design. Prior to that, they completed their High School Certificate (HSC) at Central Coast Grammar School from 2011 to 2016.
