Kyle Dicke is currently a Business Development / Shareholder at M&S Engineering, with previous experience as the General Manager at Floresville Electric Light & Power System and Assistant Director of Public Services - Electric Utility at the City of San Marcos. Prior to that, worked as a Customer Relations Manager and Electric Metering Supervisor. Holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
