Jeanne Tate has an extensive background in financial management and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Accounts Receivable & Financial Reporting at the Mississippi Department of Education since May 2016, where responsibilities include preparing the annual GAAP Packet and overseeing relevant departments. Prior experience includes roles at the Mississippi Office of the State Auditor as an Audit Supervisor and Senior Auditor, and as the Manager of Accounts Receivable at Cowboy Maloney Electric City. Jeanne Tate holds a Master's degree in Professional Accountancy from Jackson State University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Tougaloo College, complemented by a high school diploma from Benton High School.
