Karine Melloul currently serves as Group CEO at MS BEAUTiLAB and as Administratrice at both Magnifaïk and HOMA CAPITAL. Melloul has been a Business Angel at Rugby Angels since July 2017 and holds membership positions with the International Women's Forum and the Board of Advisors at Marbella Paris. Prior experience includes leading various strategic initiatives at L'Oréal, where Melloul was the Directeur Open Development for Europe and previously held roles as CEO of Chimex and Plant Manager in Mourenx. Educational background includes a General Management Program from INSEAD - CEDEP and a Diplôme d'ingénieur from ESPCI Paris - PSL.
