Amalia Nashita currently serves as Talent Management Support at PT. MRT Jakarta, where responsibilities include managing the Internal Recruitment and Promotion Program through Talent Mapping Analysis, candidate outreach, and leading interviews. Prior experience includes roles in Assessment and Recruitment Support, overseeing the Internal Assessment process, and an internship focused on talent mapping for specific positions. Earlier, Amalia worked as a Teacher Assistant at PRADNYAGAMA, aiding in the development of learning materials. Amalia holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, completed in January 2022, and graduated from SMAN 91 Jakarta.
