Guilherme Delgado de Oliveira serves as the General Manager for Commercial Expansion and Digital Transformation and Innovation at MRS Logística since July 2004. In this capacity, Guilherme leads key initiatives in open innovation, digital maturity, and partnerships with startups, while fostering a culture of innovation aligned with industry 4.0 practices. Previously, Guilherme managed a team of 800 in operations across São Paulo, achieving significant improvements in safety and customer service. With a strong background in environmental health and safety management, Guilherme successfully restructured safety protocols, reducing accident rates significantly. Additional experience includes forming high-performance teams in operational safety and leading regional operations for profit maximization. Guilherme is also active in strategic roles at Amcham-Brasil and Confraria do Empreendedor and possesses a robust educational foundation, including an International MBA and graduate studies in rail transportation engineering and law.
