Prashanth Hegde has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and data management. Prashanth started their career at Oracle India pvt ltd in 2005 as a Data Analyst, where they gained expertise in data analysis, cleansing, matching, and merging. Prashanth then served as a Senior Data Analyst, responsible for operational process management and supporting the business's valuation and collection efforts. In 2013, they became a Team Leader for Data Management, streamlining and automating lead routing processes and demonstrating proficiency in Reporting & Analysis in Siebel CRM and Oracle OBI. In their most recent role at MRM//McCann since 2017, they have been the Lead Marketing Operation, providing subject matter expertise in marketing response and lead management processes. Prashanth also managed custom data objects in Eloqua to pass marketing qualified leads into the CRM system and worked with global and GEO marketing teams for process standardization and resolving technical issues with Eloqua.
Prashanth Hegde completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Karnatak University from 1999 to 2001. Prashanth also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from MES College of Commerce Sirsi during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, Prashanth has obtained various certifications such as Power BI for Beginners, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Tableau Training, Oracle ELOQUA B2B Master, Digital Marketing Basics, Email Marketing, and DISM. Prashanth has also completed an Online Marketing Fundamentals course from Google.
