Jane Gray is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as Head of HR for McCann Worldgroup at the Europe HQ since January 2019, Jane also holds the position of Head of HR for MRM UK since January 2024. Previously, Jane worked as Human Resource Manager for Adelphi Digital Consulting Group, overseeing HR functions across six locations and 160 staff members. Jane's career began at Reading Room, where significant contributions were made as HR Manager, Office Manager, and Finance & Marketing Executive over an 18-year tenure that involved managing the full HR lifecycle and supporting rapid company growth.
