Lalit Kumar Jadaun is an experienced professional in quality management and engineering, currently serving as Manager Quality Management at Farseen Rubber Industry Ltd. since March 2024. Prior to this role, Lalit held the position of Quality Manager at METRO TYRES LIMITED from March 2020 to March 2024, where responsibilities included leading the Quality & Technical Department. Lalit also served as Lead-Project Engineering at BIRLA TYRE, directing a team of Mechanical Engineers for PCR project commissioning from August 2016 to March 2020. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior Quality Engineer at Yokohama India and Production Supervisor at Bridgestone India Pvt Ltd. Lalit holds an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya and completed 10+2 in Mathematics and Computer Science at Army Public School, Mhow MP.
