Jessica Zolynas has a strong background in the legal field, with experience as Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at MRIGlobal since 2023. Before that, they served as General Counsel at Smart Warehousing from 2022 to 2023, and as Chief Legal Officer at Synexis from 2021 to 2022. Prior to their roles in the legal field, Jessica worked as a Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC. Jessica also held the position of Global Head of IP at Elanco for a brief period in 2020. Before transitioning to the legal field, Jessica worked as an Assistant General Counsel and Patent Counsel at Bayer HealthCare Animal Health. Jessica began their career as a Patent Associate at Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus and Senniger Powers. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Sales Engineer at Smithco Engineering and as a Chemical Engineer at C.H. Guernsey & Company.

Jessica Zolynas attended Cascia Hall Preparatory School from 1989 to 1995. Jessica then enrolled at The University of Tulsa, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued their legal studies at The University of Tulsa College of Law from 2001 to 2004, completing a Juris Doctor degree in Law.
