Ryan Bechtel has a diverse range of work experience, starting as a Volunteer Instructor at ATA American Taekwondo Association in 2008 and progressing to roles such as Manager at Bulldog Car Wash Express Lube & Auto Spa and Production Trainer/Supervisor at Steak n Shake. In 2018, Ryan worked as an IT Intern at Connected Technologies and later as a Release Engineering Intern at Elavon, Inc. In 2019, Ryan worked as a Lead Technician at Experimax. Currently, Ryan is working at MRI Software, where they have held multiple positions, including Software Engineer, Software Engineer II, and currently as a Lead Software Engineer.

Ryan Bechtel attended the University of Georgia's Franklin College of Arts and Sciences from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Ryan also earned a New Media Certificate from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia during the same period. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Ryan obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of North Georgia. In addition, they obtained an Arch Ready Professionalism Certificate from the University of Georgia in 2019.
