Hilary R. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Hilary most recently served as a Senior Account Manager at mRelief, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Manager at the same company from October 2020 to November 2022.
Before joining mRelief, Hilary worked at Northwestern University as an Associate Director of Leadership Giving from April 2019 to October 2020. Hilary also served as a Partnership/Network Director at United Way of Salt Lake from March 2017 to March 2019.
Hilary's previous roles include Account Manager at ClassPass from March 2016 to March 2017, and Development Manager of Individual Giving at Brooklyn Center for the Performing Arts from October 2012 to March 2016.
Hilary began their career as an AmeriCorps VISTA Coordinator of Capacity Building & Development at Music Mobile from June 2010 to July 2011. Hilary also gained valuable experience as a Disney College Program Entertainment Intern at The Walt Disney Company from January 2008 to July 2008.
Hilary R. began their education journey by earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management with a focus on Performing Arts Management and Non Profit Administration from Columbia College Chicago. Hilary attended the school from 2007 to 2009.
Following their undergraduate studies, Hilary pursued a Master's degree in Performing Arts Administration with a specialization in Non Profit Management at New York University. Hilary completed this program from 2011 to 2013.
In 2017, Hilary R. attended Harvard Business School, where they focused on Collective Impact NPO. This program lasted from 2017 to 2019.
Hilary is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Hilary started this program in 2020 and is expected to complete it in 2023.
Alongside their formal education, Hilary has obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. For example, they obtained certifications in Leadership Through Marketing, High Performance Collaboration: Leadership, Teamwork, and Negotiation, Leadership Through Social Influence, and Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling. These certifications were earned from Northwestern University in the months of June, July, and August of 2020.
