Greg Gierke is an experienced technician and specialist with a robust background in printer maintenance and IT support. Currently, Greg serves as a Xerox Onsite Copier Specialist at MRC Smart Technology Solutions, managing multi-function printers and maintenance for the Ebay Corporate Campus since June 2014. Previous positions include Senior Technician at Bay Imaging, where Greg was responsible for maintaining over 900 printers, and various roles at Printer Connection Inc, including desktop support, printer repair, and Network Administrator duties. Early career experiences involved technical work at DNAX Research Institute and supervisory roles at AMC Theatres. Greg holds multiple tech certifications in PC repair from CBC and Career Dynamics International, complementing a foundational education at De Anza College.
