Kathy Seidel, PHR, CDR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in recruitment and human capital management. Currently serving as the Manager of Recruiting Services at MRA - The Management Association since September 2018, Kathy oversees a team of Recruiting Business Partners and leads various operational projects focusing on talent management and organizational development. Previously, Kathy worked as an Operations Program Associate at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, coordinating recruitment processes and enhancing hiring procedures within the ICIT Department. Kathy's career also includes roles as a Student Assistant Technical Director at Young Auditorium and a General Business Intern at the Crisis Prevention Institute. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Kathy combines a strong educational foundation with practical experience in advancing successful recruitment strategies and fostering effective workplace environments.
