Jay Halai has been working in the tech industry since 2006. Jay began their career at The White Company, where they held various roles including eCommerce Frontend Developer, eCommerce Content Coordinator, Website Administrator, and Website Assistant. In 2016, they moved to Mr & Mrs Smith, where they currently work as a Frontend Developer.

Jay Halai obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Communication / Computing from the University of Hertfordshire in 2006. In July 2019, they also obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
