Helen Bailey began their career in 2008 as a Production Assistant for Atelier 1. In 2009, they took on the role of Press Assistant Intern at Liberty London. In 2011, they moved to Jigsaw UK as an Accessories Coordinator. In 2013, they held two positions simultaneously - PR Executive at Harrods and PR Executive at Alexandalexa.com. In 2015, they were appointed Global Head of Communications at Mr & Mrs Smith, followed by Head of Brand Partnerships & PR and PR Manager.

Helen Bailey obtained a BA Hons in Fashion Marketing & Management from the University for the Creative Arts between 2007 and 2010.
