Vera Zonneveld has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Vera is currently working at MR MARVIS as the Head of Customer Experience. Previously, they held the position of Senior Customer Experience Manager NL&BE at the same company. Prior to that, Vera worked at bloomon, where they served as the Senior Customer Service Manager NL & BE and the Customer Service Manager NL & BE. Vera also held the role of Customer Service Manager - DK, UK & DE and Senior Customer Care - NL & BE at the same company. Before that, they started their career as a Junior Customer Care - NL & BE at bloomon.
In addition to their corporate experience, Vera also participated in the Honoursprogram Leadership in Marketing at the University of Applied Science (HES), conducting research in personal development, communication skills, change management, and sustainability. Vera was also part of the Talent Development Program at the same university, serving as the Chairman of the Board and focusing on marketing and market research.
Vera has also gained experience as a Researcher at ABN AMRO Bank - Tikkie, where they conducted research on improving user retention and creating routine in the application. Furthermore, they participated in the HBO Talentenprijs Marketing and the Nederlands Debattoernooi, showcasing their skills in marketing and debate. Vera also had an internship at TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep) in the Ketenregie department, where they contributed to the digitalization of printed newspapers.
From 2013 to 2016, Vera Zonneveld attended Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Propedeuse degree in Marketing/Commerciële economie (CE) with a specialization in marketing management.
