Jennifer C. Duncan, MPS, PHR, SHRM-CP, serves as the Human Resources Director at Mr. Crane since October 2021 and holds a position as an Adjunct Instructor at California State University-Fullerton's Mihaylo College of Business and Economics since January 2018. Jennifer's background also features a Senior Human Resources Representative/Business Partner role at Baxter Healthcare, supporting over 1,200 employees in an FDA-regulated environment. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Cornell University ILR School and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Cal State Fullerton. Additionally, an Associate of Arts degree with a Paralegal Certification was obtained from Coastline Community College.
