In her role as Senior Associate, Alexia participates in the full investment process including portfolio management, sourcing and pipeline management, due diligence, underwriting, and documentation.

Prior to joining MPowered, Alexia was a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs, in the Investment Banking Division, where she focused on MedTech / CMO private and public companies. She also founded a consulting firm specializing in strategic planning, organizational design, and process improvement for clients in the hospitality industry. In addition to the investing and operational experience she brings to the team, Alexia brings a legal background. She practiced law for several years with the firm Latham & Watkins LLP.

Alexia earned her B.A. from George Washington University and M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She earned her J.D. from The University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
