Sounak Acharia is an accomplished professional with experience in operations management and customer experience. Currently serving as an Assistant Operations Manager at mPokket since November 2019, Sounak focuses on respective bucket conversion, attrition control, call quantity parameters, and data analysis to implement plans of action. Previously, Sounak held the position of Customer Experience Team Leader at mPokket, overseeing daily collection targets, auditing calls and chats, and managing team strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Data Research Associate at KAT-i Research, where responsibilities encompassed web research, data analysis, and contact discovery. Sounak holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hooghly Engineering and Technology College.
