Jayashree Ghosh completed their education in a chronological manner. Jayashree began by obtaining a Higher Secondary Education in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from National High School for Girls' in 2001, completing it in 2003. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Honours from jobs for Girls, which they completed from 2003 to 2006. Jayashree then continued their education at the University of Nottingham, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Work and Organisational Psychology from 2006 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Jayashree also obtained certifications in Employee Experience and HR as a Strategic Business Partner from LinkedIn, obtaining these certifications in September and August of 2023, respectively.
