Matthew Amber, E.I. is a skilled engineer with a solid background in mechanical and operations engineering. Currently serving as a G&P Engineer I at MPLX GP LLC since February 2023, Matthew focuses on operations engineering for PA Compression. Prior experience includes roles as a Mechanical Engineer II and Mechanical Engineer at Bi-Con Engineering, overseeing mechanical design projects and coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams. Matthew also gained valuable experience as an Engineering Intern at MarkWest Energy Partners, where contributions included assisting in safety reviews and correcting piping diagrams for natural gas processing plants. Early career experience includes management at Todd's Beer Distributor and packing at rose plastic, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University.
