Brian Charnley is an experienced crane operator with a career spanning several decades in the maritime and construction sectors. Currently employed at MPI VanOord offshore since November 2010, Brian supervises the deck crew and maintains the planned maintenance program while operating heavy lift cranes. Prior experience includes serving as a Lift Supervisor and Barge Foreman at BESIX KIER from September 2006 to March 2009, where responsibilities included positioning barges and supervising lifts of precast units for the LNG jetty. Additionally, Brian worked as a Bosun Crane Operator HLO at Northern Marine Management from January 1989 to August 2006. Brian Charnley received education at Gravesend Sea School and Milford Haven Central School.
