Jim B. has a diverse work experience in the automotive and heavy truck industry. Jim started their career at the United States Military Academy Preparatory School as a Public Affairs Officer, where they managed public relations and communications initiatives. Jim then worked at Nissan North America as a Dealer Development consultant and later as a District Manager, where they collaborated with dealerships to achieve revenue targets. Jim also held various roles at MSXI International Retail Solutions Group, including Director of Sales and Operations, National Operations Manager, and Field Operations Manager. Here, they developed strategic business plans, nurtured client relationships, and implemented process improvement solutions. Prior to their current role at MPi EDGE as the Area Vice President, Jim worked as a Business Development Consultant in the automotive and heavy truck industry, assisting small to mid-sized companies with their competitive positioning and revenue generation strategies. Overall, Jim B. has a strong background in automotive sales, operations, and business development.
Jim B. completed the Executive Leadership Education Program at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned an MBA in Marketing from Monmouth University between 1991 and 1994. Jim obtained their undergraduate degree, a BA in Psychology, from Indiana University Bloomington from 1985 to 1988.
