Dnyan Shah currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of HR at Mphasis, a position held since August 2007. Prior to this role, Dnyan was the Delivery Head at Zensar Technologies from November 2003 to August 2007, where responsibilities included setting up and leading the HR Outsourcing Shared Services Unit. Dnyan's career in human resources began at Mastech Corp as an HR Manager from December 1997 to August 1999, overseeing various HR initiatives. Dnyan holds a degree from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management in Pune, completed between 1993 and 1995.
