Lisa Kent is currently the President of FleXforce® at Market Performance Group, where Lisa manages and matches strategic talent for various roles. Lisa is also the President & Founder of The Luminations Group, LLC, leading a team of marketers to assist companies in developing new products and brand growth strategies. Lisa is an Adjunct Professor at various universities, teaching Integrated Marketing Communications and Branding. With experience as a CEO of netgrocer and Executive Director at Johnson & Johnson, Lisa has a strong background in brand/product management and new product development. Lisa holds a M.M. in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
