Cathy Stepp has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Manufacturing Precision Feedthrough Products (MPF Products, Inc.) since April 2021. Prior to that, they served as Controller at MAR-MAC Industries, Inc. from October 2016 to April 2021. Cathy also worked as an Accountant at DesleeClama from January 2014 to October 2016. Before that, they held roles including Plant Accountant at Parker Hannifin from August 2013 to November 2013, Cost Accountant at Dantherm from February 2012 to August 2013, and Staff Accountant at AMAMCO Tool from August 2011 to February 2012. Cathy began their career as a Project Engineer at Dantherm Air Handling in March 2000 and worked there until September 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer I at Fluor Daniel from October 1997 to March 2000.

Cathy Stepp earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Greenville Technical College in 1998.
