Casey Anderson

Technical Enterprise Customer Success Manager at mParticle

Casey Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Casey started their career as a Political Associate at The Borgen Project, where they were responsible for managing volunteers and coordinating fundraising efforts.

After that, Casey worked at Dwellable, a Seattle startup focused on the vacation rental industry, where they initially served as a Partnership Manager, handling sales, account management, marketing, and customer service. Later, they became the Senior Manager of Marketplace Development, where they defined and streamlined the sales supply strategy.

Casey then joined Porch, a SaaS company connecting homeowners with home services professionals, as a Strategic Customer Success Manager, exclusively responsible for the growth of enterprise and mid-market accounts.

Following their time at Porch, Casey worked at Reflective Management, a consulting firm specializing in training programs for early career managers. They served as a Business Development partner, managing client sales and strategic partnerships.

Casey then joined Apptentive as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a book of 100+ enterprise accounts, valued at $2m ARR. They analyzed customers' business value drivers, conducted Executive Business Reviews, and proactively improved client adoption and satisfaction.

Later, Apptentive was acquired by Alchemer, and Casey transitioned to the role of Support Engineering Manager. Their responsibilities included leading the Support team, implementing practices, triaging tickets, and coordinating fixes with Product and Engineering leadership.

Currently, Casey is working as a Technical Enterprise Customer Success Manager at mParticle, focusing on delivering customer success in technical aspects for enterprise clients.

Casey Anderson attended the University of Washington from 2007 to 2011. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and History.
