Pascal quickly took on additional responsibilities, becoming the Teamleader Engineering, overseeing development teams in the Netherlands, America, and India. In this role, Durr was also responsible for release management and provided 3rd line support.

From 2012 to 2013, Durr served as a VP Services at Kinaxis, where they managed the service delivery and support of the MPO Supply Chain Suite and its SaaS infrastructure offering. In this position, Durr provided 1st and 2nd line support, offered solution implementation assistance, and maintained the SaaS offering's interfacing and infrastructure.

Durr further advanced within Kinaxis, becoming the VP of Software for the MPO Supply Chain Suite in 2013. In this role, they managed product roadmap and requirement analysis, handled end-to-end release management, and provided pre-sales support. Durr also played a crucial role in introducing product management practices to the organization.

In 2016, Durr transitioned to the role of VP Design, where they focused on design responsibilities related to the MPO Supply Chain Suite. Finally, in 2018, Durr became the VP of Product Management, overseeing the MPO suite at Kinaxis.
