Tomy Kusumo Aji has extensive experience in the agriculture and sustainability sectors, currently serving as the Manager of the Sustainability and Certification Department at MP Evans Group plc since July 2009, where responsibilities include preparing plantations for ISPO and RSPO standards. Prior roles at MP Evans Group include Sub Unit Head for both Sustainability and Certification, focusing on oil palm sustainability and safety, as well as Agronomy, managing estate operations. Tomy began a career at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food as a Field Agronomy Assistant, where tasks involved land clearing, replanting, and nursery management. Tomy holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Institut Pertanian Stiper, earned between 1999 and 2014.
