Ilham Budiman currently serves as the Procurement Assistant Manager at MP Evans Group plc since December 2021, where responsibilities include maintaining communication with users regarding material specifications and managing the bidding process with vendors. Prior to this role, Ilham participated in the Management Development Program at MP Evans Group, focusing on the production flow from Fresh Fruit Bunches to Crude Palm Oil and coordinating maintenance activities. Experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Laboratorium Dinamika Struktur involved assisting lecturers in various engineering courses and grading assignments. Additionally, Ilham interned at PT Semen Padang, gaining insights into Total Productive Maintenance practices. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universitas Andalas and completion of senior high school at SMAN 4 Padang.
