Abrianto Parinussa is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in managing HR processes and training programs. Currently serving as Human Resources Senior Manager at MP Evans Group plc since September 2007, Abrianto oversees policy creation, recruitment, development, retention, and termination for PT. Evans Indonesia and its subsidiaries. Previously, Abrianto held the position of Human Resources Manager at POLITEKNIK KELAPA SAWIT CITRA WIDYA EDUKASI from September 2004 to September 2007, focusing on recruitment and training for client companies. Earlier in the career, Abrianto worked as a Regional Training Officer at Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food, responsible for training needs analysis and the development and delivery of training programs, as well as serving as a Field Assistant with experience in palm oil land preparation. Abrianto holds a Bachelor’s degree from Universitas Lambung Mangkurat.
