Bill Harrod has extensive work experience in sales and leadership roles. Bill currently serves as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at MP Cloud Technologies since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sales Manager for the Family Business at Southside Outboard starting from October 2018. From March 2019 to November 2021, they held the position of Regional Sales at American Response Vehicles. Before that, they held two roles at Ambulance Medical Billing / Medical Accounts Receivable Systems, starting as the National Sales Director from June 2008 to August 2013 and later becoming the Executive Director from August 2013 to March 2019.

Bill Harrod earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Computer Science from Lincoln Junior College between 1997 and 1999. Bill later pursued a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Management from Murray State University from 1999 to 2002.
