Arlene Hornilla serves as Chief Intellectual Property Counsel at Mozarc Medical since April 2023, while also contributing as General Counsel for the ChIPs General Counsel Boot Camp since October 2022. Previously, Arlene held the position of VP, Deputy General Counsel, and Chief IP Counsel at Entegris from September 2016 to February 2023, overseeing legal matters related to IP across various industries, including semiconductor and life sciences. Arlene's extensive experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel at Cabot Microelectronics, General Counsel at Hysitron, Senior Counsel at General Mills, and various positions in IP law at Fish & Richardson P.C., Popovich & Wiles, P.A., and 3M. Arlene's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
