André Mimpen has extensive experience in finance and planning control, having worked at Mozaïek Wonen since September 2008 as a Planning Control Specialist, responsible for implementing fiscal policy and coordinating tax filings. Prior to this role, André served as Secretary of the Works Council at Arbo Unie from 2002 to 2008, also working as a Financial Advisor, providing support and guidance to the regional manager. André's earlier career included a decade at SVH (Stichting Vakbekwaamheid Horeca) from 1990 to 2002 as Financial Manager, leading the financial department and overseeing payroll administration. André holds a bachelor's degree in Business Economics from De Haagse Hogeschool and has a solid educational background from MEAO Gouda and Mavo Gouda.
