Renata Marins Paolillo has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Renata Marins co-founded Moya Aero in 2020 and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Embraer starting in 2011. At Embraer, Renata held multiple roles including Sales Engineer in the Product Strategy and Market Intelligence Department of Embraer Commercial Aviation. In this role, they were responsible for defining product value propositions and ensuring the best competitive position for the products. Renata Marins also worked as a Business Developer in the Customer Support Solutions Department of Embraer Executive Aviation, where they led services development projects, supported sales campaigns, and defined business guidelines and policies. Additionally, Renata served as a Product Manager in the same department, managing the portfolio of IT solutions for customer support and leading IT solutions development projects. Notably, they played a significant role in conceiving and designing a new b2b e-commerce platform for parts request and warranty reimbursement. Prior to Embraer, Renata worked as a Supply Chain Management Consultant at Axia Value Chain (acquired by EY) from 2007 to 2011. In this role, they worked on various projects related to supply chain management and SAP APO, focusing on Sales and Operations Planning, Order Fulfillment processes, and business process management. Renata is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS.

Renata Marins Paolillo pursued their education beginning in 2003 by attending UFSCar - Alumni, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemistry Production Engineering in 2007. Continuing their academic journey, they then enrolled in FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from 2009 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of Certified in Production and Inventory Management - CPIM from APICS in June 2008.
