Beth Gude, CMBA, is an experienced recruiter and HR specialist currently working at Mowi USA since June 2023, where responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool. Previously, Beth served as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Elior North America from September 2021 to June 2023, focusing on identifying and hiring top talent while acting as the primary contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the talent acquisition process.
