Aaron De Jong has a diverse work experience starting from 2007. Aaron worked at Recreation Integration Victoria as a Summer Services Coordinator and Inclusion Facilitator from May 2009 to September 2010. Aaron later joined the University of Victoria as a Vikes Recreation employee from May 2007 to April 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Teacher at the North Vancouver School District from October 2012 to June 2013, and as an American Olympic Athlete Transport Coordinator at NBC from July 2012 to March 2014. Aaron then founded and became the Lead Movement Coach at Movement108, a functional movement studio in Vancouver, BC, in November 2011, offering accessible strength work through small group classes and private training. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at Movr since December 2014.
Aaron De Jong attended the University of Victoria from 2006 to 2011 and obtained a Bachelor of Education degree with Distinction. Aaron specialized in Physical Education with a minor in History. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, Aaron attended Cambrian College where they earned a diploma in Teaching students with Learning Disabilities.
