Arlindo Alves has held various leadership roles at Movicel since September 2011, including Administrador Executivo, CTO, Director de Engenharia, Director de Implementação, Director de Operações e Manutenção, and Director de Core e Transmissão, where responsibilities included team leadership, skills development, and the design and deployment of integrated network architectures to enhance customer service and technological advancement. Notably, Arlindo was instrumental in launching the first LTE network in Africa. Previous experience includes positions as a Core Network Solutions Architect, Special Projects Network Designer, and founder of Ases Tecnologies Lda. Arlindo Alves holds education credentials from UPRA, completed between 2007 and 2011.
