Chidi Oha's work experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Moven starting in April 2023. Prior to that, from August 2020 to April 2023, they worked as a Project Manager Scrum Master at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. In this role, they guided Agile teams, coached them to higher levels of Scrum maturity, and used Agile management tools like Rally and Jira for reporting and planning. From June 2017 to July 2020, Chidi worked as a Scrum Master at Dell Technologies, where they demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, utilized the Atlassian project management tool Jira, and successfully tracked the values and commitments of the development team.

Chidi Oha completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2004 and 2009. Later on, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Southern University Law Center and received a Juris Doctor degree, specializing in General common law theory and application. In addition to their academic achievements, Chidi holds certifications including the Professional Scrum Master 1 (PSM1) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from the International Scrum Instituteā„¢.
