Tiffany Caldas, MSW, currently serves as a Board Member at Humma.AI and as Chief of Staff at Partnership for Growth LA, where responsibilities include executive administration and operationalizing the organization's vision in collaboration with the CEO and President. As a Movement Talent Ambassador, Tiffany identifies and highlights underrepresented talent in the nonprofit and social change sector. Tiffany's previous roles include CEO & Principal of Empactify, where racial equity initiatives were developed for various nonprofit organizations, and as a Social Justice Fellow at The Memorial Foundation. Tiffany has held significant positions such as Special Projects Manager at Community Coalition, where a major racial equity campaign was organized, and Regional Program Coordinator for the City of Los Angeles, overseeing contracts for youth development services. Tiffany's education includes a Master of Social Work from UCLA, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Art from the University of Miami, and a certificate in Strategic Management from Georgetown University.
