Lars Leiram is an experienced consultant and founder of Move Management AB, where Lars has been active since January 2010, focusing on uncovering hidden abilities and talents in individuals. Previously, Lars served as a co-founder, leadership developer, and certified facilitator and coach, alongside roles as a lecturer and moderator. From 1991 to 2007, Lars worked as a Creative Director and Communication Consultant for Interactive Design, Linné Group & Indea. Lars holds a degree in Secondary Specialist Teaching in Swedish, Literature, German, and Geography from the University of Lund, Sweden, which was completed between 1981 and 1985.
