Carl-Henrik Lagnefors has extensive experience in leadership, consulting, and education within various industries. Currently serving as a Lärare UGL at Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University and an Organisationskonsult at Move Management AB, Carl-Henrik has also held roles as a UGL Handledare at Rezon and as a senior consultant at Milega AB, focusing on team and leadership development. Previous positions include Product Development and Marketing Manager at Hajom Skjutdörrar AB and SnickarPer AB, as well as CEO of Stylt Trampoli AB, where emphasis was placed on sustainable profitability and team cohesion. Carl-Henrik's educational background includes a Master's degree in Architecture from Chalmers University of Technology and ongoing studies towards a Master of Science in Psychology at Mid Sweden University. Additionally, extensive training in leadership development, psychotherapy, and group dynamics has been undertaken at Försvarshögskolan.
