Armyn Anne Mangahas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and quality assurance. Currently serving as General Manager and Operations Manager at MOVE since December 2022, Armyn has previously held multiple roles at QA World from November 2017 to February 2023, including Assistant Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Team Lead, and Subject Matter Expert. Responsibilities included training new hires, managing performance metrics, providing mentorship, and overseeing quality assurance processes. Earlier experience includes a successful tenure as a Customer Service Representative at TELUS International, where Armyn achieved top performance accolades, and as a Professional Photographer at The Picture Company, leading sales efforts. Armyn holds an undergraduate degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences from Mapúa University, completed in 2012.
